Long ago, a secret project was being developed in Tokyo. Led by once-renowned Prof. Yamazaki Watashiro and secretly financed by American tycoons, their objective was to combine Japanese technology and American military organization to develop a program that could brainwash any human mind and turn anyone into a war machine. The project was labeled “Project OMA” (acronym for “one man army”). Such project took the best of Prof. Watashiro, putting aside his whole relationship with his wife and his daughter, Keiko. The least her father spent time with her, the more the 17-year-old girl was getting depressed, let alone his daily stressful mood due to the whole pressure. After months of investment, research and development, the first experiments with the program seemed to be successful. Soon enough regular men and women were being turned into a ‘Rambo’, capable of taking down any tyrant dictator or unreachable terrorist in a solo mission. Although any side effects had yet to be found out, Prof. Watashiro could be proud of his work. But a fact that would shock him forever didn’t let him: he couldn’t stand seeing his own daughter coming out as one of these war machines. Tired to wait so long to have some time with her father, Keiko decided to follow her father without being noticed, managing to enter the secret facility and accidentally messing with the “instant Rambo” machines, causing the worst view her father ever had to face. Totally devastated, Prof. Watashiro destroyed everything related to such project, including the original formulas. The heads of such project didn’t ease up and started a secret hunt after him, who hasn’t been seen since. Keiko, from that day on, developed her “soldier of fortune” skills to become in no time one of the best in the world, frequently wanted by anyone who can offer top money to eliminate the opposition without getting hands dirty - from a small local mob rivalry to whole international political alliances willing to stomp whoever get in the way of their interests.

One could say Keiko is quite a screwball. She’s always with a daring grin that shows how she has no consideration to danger. Her unusual ways to do anything, be it dealing with people or getting whatever she wants, also tells how her “freakability” works like the bright colors of a poisonous animal. Apparently, Keiko seems not to be capable to show no feelings apart from bluntness or arrogance, maybe possible side effects of being submitted to “Project OMA” experiments. In the positive point of view, though, she can show great loyalty and dedication to anyone on her team.

Ahkay... now here we got a most disrespectful anime kind: your "gun-crazy, trigger-happy freak" girl stereotype which can carry huge weapons with ease (also commonly seen in videogames out there). But even if she's a sort of a satire - hopefully more Horatian than Juvenalian - she has a good spotlight for her at the webcomic. She were one of the villains from that cancelled tickling-related webcomic I recently posted the prototype.
