Miss Fleming and Italian Duo sketch

New and old OCs sketches! (new one at the left and old ones at the right)

"New"? Yeah, "new". "New" as in "not revamped or recycled". Thing is, I feel like having at least one character from each of my fictional countries (or region, in case of the Basin County). Also, among avians I always wanted to try and see how an anthro flamingo would look like.

That said, meet Miss Fleming, the result of all of that mentioned above. She's from Mubania, one of my two fictional African nations (the other one, which Captain Tatters isn't from but one of her pirates is).

Being part of one of the wealthiest families in Mubania, Miss Fleming earns a living as a lady thief, kinda like Miss Walden or Zuleika, difference being she's sponsored by her government. It's simple: like a lady thief, she aims for wealthy loots all by herself, but in case it's needed, her undercover connections at the Mubanian government - several crooked politicians from every hierarchy - helps her by "pulling some strings" to make her way easier. In the end they split up the reward (usually 70-30 or 65-35 for her) and the government also grants her a bunch of privileges. The golden rule is just not to ever do something against her country. Dirty business, indeed, but there's a good side in all of that: Fleming do invest a good part of her share on public development and charity services, not only in her country but in every part of Africa she set foot before.


Now for the two fellas there, those are another characters I planned to use in one of my old homemade comic stories that I never really finished. These ones, though, are a special duo.

Carlo and Mario are two adventure partners. Those kind of imprevisible adventurers, which can be jumping from a situation to another in a blink of an eye. From just scavenging or spelunking for a valuable treasure to suddenly being heroes in the middle of a conflict. Whatever's the scenario, a good old fashioned fist brawl is their best way to solve their problems.

Why did I say they're a special duo, you ask? These two are actually anthro 'Captain Ersatzes' of two famous classic actors that starred a lot of action and "spaghetti western" movies together: Bud Spencer and Terence Hill. I can say a good part of my childhood was in front of TV watching movies of this duo. They've got some of the finest slapstick fighting sequences in their action movies, I can guarantee you! All these years made my memory a bit blurry, so I hope the web can help me find some of their works (other than Double Trouble, which I already found and watched again - hence why I got this will to bring these 'Captain Ersatzes' OCs back).
